Life Lessons From an 18 Year Old's Perspective.

                                                    Create Yourself.
I am only 18 years old so let us be real, I do not know everything about life.
I do not even think I have myself figured out, but in reality who does?
That is the point of life.
To create someone YOU are proud to be.
You are eventually going to die.
            And you will be forgotten.
              So create someone that won't.

Appreciate What You Have, It Might Not Always Be There.
Don't be so caught up with the things you don't have.
Appreciate what you do have before it becomes what you had.
What you take for granted will be what you miss the most later.
The things someone else would die for, could be what you're taking for granted.
      Be thankful not wasteful.

Learn To Let Go And Move On.
Let go of what is killing you, even if it hurts you to let go.
Move on from what is bringing you down.
Accept what has happened and continue living.
Know when you have had enough.
Life always goes on and doesn't hold back for anyone.
           You shouldn't either.

                                          Be Yourself.
Don't let anyone tell you how to live your life.
Society has a whole different outlook on how a person is supposed to act.
Be proud of who you are.
    It's your life, nobody else's.
If you don't fit in, you're probably living life to the fullest.
       Stand Out!

  1. This is such a great final post to conclude your Blog with, Annette. I liked so much about it, including the way you formatted it. Starting w a video of you having a conversation w all of us was very engaging. I also like the way you formatted the words on the page, and made each lesson it's own section. The final video w the photos and the music came together really well.

This post was inspiring and moving, and touched my heart. I hope you will keep writing and sharing your thoughts. You have a lot to offer all of us! Have a great break!
